Job Description

Belmark is seeking individuals to join our team at our new Flexible Packaging plant in Scottsville, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for operating our top-of-the-line packaging equipment to help provide customers with the best packaging solutions for their product. Schedule and Pay:
Starting pay from $23.42 per hour Schedule of 3 consecutive days on and 4 consecutive days off 1st Shift 4:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. $1.00 shift differential 2nd Shift 4:00 P.M. - 4:00 A.M. $2.00 shift differential 12-hour shifts with consistent hours (NOT a swing shift) Position Highlights Set-up machines, make machine adjustments and stage materials when needed Ensure top quality during runs, perform quality assurance testing, data collection and administrative functions Inspect printed film for accepted quality and complete the appropriate paperwork Pay close attention to detail, utilize problem solving skills Work within a team environment Ability to help out in other departments as needed Position Requirements Requires education equivalent to two (2) years of high school. Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize the English language. Ability to use a ruler, calculator and various hand tools. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers. Regular attendance is required. May be required to work some overtime.
