The companies produce a full line of grocery, industrial, foodservice and specialty sweetener products. OVERVIEW

The Packaging Loading Operator unloads and loads empty package materials.

DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Operates fork-lift in a safe, efficient manner.

Unloads and loads empty package materials from trucks and railroad care.

Supplies packaging house with specified orders.

Hauls empty pallets and drums from packing house to specified area for shipment.

Obtains equipment from designated location before work and returns equipment when work is complete.

Performs all jobs in accordance with established safety practices and sanitation standards.

WORK EXPERIENCES

Minimum of one year experience driving a forklift

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent

ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES

(KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

) Ability to maneuver in confined area. Ability to coordinate hand and foot controls.

To operate equipment properly, to prevent property damage, and minimum hazard to self and fellow workers.

This position requires the flexibility to work various shifts, including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and overtime, as needed. Weekend shifts may be mandated based on business needs.

HOURLY RATE

Starting Rate $ 28.49

Paid vacation and sick time after 90 day probation period.
