Role:
Join Allstream Services & Rental as a UHP Blaster, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality surface preparation services. We are looking for passionate individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to our mission of excellence in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Works under direction of lead and UHP technician Assist in setup of UHP equipment Assist tending hoses in robotic blast operations Manually blast with UHP guns to achieve required surface preparation spec. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Operate and maintain UHP blasting equipment and tools effectively. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget. Report any issues to supervisors promptly. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in UHP blasting. Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations during operations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in blasting preferred. Experience in UHP blasting or related field. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to obtain necessary certifications and licenses as required. Positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast-paced setting.
