Process & Finishing Personnel

Job Description and Responsibilities:

These duties shall include but are not limited to the following: Verify work required to the process router. Perform necessary end-finishing to all products. Remove thread protectors at beginning of process. Operate pipe handling systems to navigate products through zinc phosphate process. Ensure that the zinc phosphate process is completed successfully before product is sent to the next process. Stamp, paint and stencil product as required by process router. Bead blast product as needed. Apply lubricant and replace thread protectors. Operate the forklift as needed to assist the production process. Maintain process and finish area in a neat and clean condition. High School or better.
