Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Embroidery/Screen Print Assistant to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating high-quality custom apparel and promotional items by assisting with embroidery and screen printing processes. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will help ensure that each product meets our rigorous standards, contributing to customer satisfaction and brand excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in garment decoration while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Duties Operate embroidery machines and industrial sewing machines with precision, ensuring accurate stitching and design placement. Prepare garments and materials by measuring, cutting, and handling fabrics according to project specifications. Set up and maintain screen printing equipment, including aligning screens and mixing inks to achieve vibrant, durable prints Handle materials safely by following established safety standards in production environments, including proper storage and disposal of fabrics and inks. Assist with fabric cutting using manual cutting tools to ensure precise pattern placement for embroidery or printing. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all measuring instruments and tools are properly calibrated and stored. Experience •Prior experience in screen printing or basic knowledge in embroidery is preferred but all that is required is a positive attitude and willingness to learn! we will train you and teach you fun new skills!
