Job Description

You will be responsible for putting together fabricated components at designated workstations, while also conducting necessary testing and calibration to verify that all mechanisms align with precise product tolerances. By utilizing various hand and power tools, you will construct units following standardized protocols, while also diagnosing and fixing any parts that do not pass quality inspections. Core Duties Construct and evaluate components and final assemblies to ensure they align with engineering blueprints and product standards. Perform thorough inspections to help the team maintain high levels of quality compliance. Detect, analyze, and rectify any units that fall outside of specified tolerance or testing parameters. Keep your workstation tidy and orderly to help foster a safe environment for everyone. Adhere strictly to all established safety, quality, and operational guidelines. Keep precise logs of all manufacturing tasks and ensure all necessary documentation is up to date. Required Qualifications A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred. You might need to finish a formal training program or apprenticeship related to this specific role. We generally look for candidates with two to four years of relevant industry experience. You should possess a solid understanding of standard field concepts, practices, and procedures. You must be capable of following detailed instructions and established operational guidelines. This role involves working under direct supervision with minimal requirement for independent decision-making. You will report directly to a manager or supervisor. Physical and Environmental Demands The role requires the ability to lift over 30 pounds and perform repetitive lifting tasks regularly.
