Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production. Load materials into machines and manage the manufacturing process. Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the production floor. Troubleshoot basic machine malfunctions and report issues to maintenance. Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation is an advantage. Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks. Requirements Drug screening required.
