CoWorx Staffing is hiring Metal Belt Processors for a leading company in Agawam! If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with tools, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available. Flexible start times between 5:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Must be available to work 40 hours per week. Comprehensive training provided. Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent employment.
Responsibilities:
Perform shearing, buffing, and hole-punching operations on thin metal belts of various lengths in accordance with production requirements and specifications. Inspect products to verify quality, dimensional accuracy, and conformance to customer specifications. Use hand tools to install rivets, punch holes, and complete assembly-related tasks. Follow established quality standards, work instructions, and customer requirements throughout the manufacturing process.Desired Background/Skills:
Manufacturing or production experience preferred. Comfortable using hand tools and performing hands-on production tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to stand, move, and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reliable attendance and commitment to working 40 hours each week.Other Information:
Flexible first and second shift schedules available. Start times available anytime between 5:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Must be available to work a full 40-hour work week.
