Full benefits package JMT Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced Embroidery Operators for full-time, direct-hire opportunities on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts . Responsibilities Operate industrial embroidery machines safely and efficiently Set up machines with the appropriate threads, designs, and order specifications Verify thread colors, placement, orientation, and product details Monitor embroidery quality and make adjustments as needed Troubleshoot basic machine issues, thread breaks, and bobbin changes Complete production and quality documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Qualifications Prior industrial embroidery machine experience required Experience setting up and troubleshooting embroidery equipment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to read and understand English production paperwork Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus This is a direct-hire opportunity with benefits.
