This position involves operating and maintaining woodworking equipment, including panel saws, edge banders, CNC machines, and drilling equipment. The ideal candidate will focus on quality, safety, accuracy, and efficient production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities Operate woodworking machinery, including panel saws, edge banders, CNC machines, and drilling equipment. Set up equipment and adjust machine settings according to production requirements. Read and follow work orders and cut lists. Measure and inspect materials for accuracy and quality. Perform routine maintenance and basic machine troubleshooting. Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow company safety procedures. Work with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines. Requirements & Qualifications Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or woodworking environment preferred. Basic understanding of measurements and ability to read a tape measure. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality. Good communication skills; English required for safety and coordination. Bilingual candidates are a plus. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Preferred 3-5 years of experience in cabinet or furniture manufacturing. Experience with CNC machines and woodworking equipment. Familiarity with production processes and quality standards.
