Machine Operator

We're hiring dependable Machine Operators to join our production team. This role is responsible for running equipment, maintaining quality standards, and keeping operations safe and efficient. What You'll Do Operate and monitor production line equipment Remove or shift materials/products to keep flow steady Ensure package and product quality meets standards Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs using hand tools Clean equipment and work area during and after shift Complete and submit required paperwork What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift/carry 20-45 lbs repeatedly for 10-12 hour shifts Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical tasks (bending, stooping, crouching) Experience with high-speed production machinery a plus Forklift experience a plus Why You'll Love It Here Competitive pay Overtime opportunities Career growth in a supportive, safety-focused environment #INDSutton
