$20-$25/hour Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dependable Inserter Operator to join a busy commercial printing operation in Hyde Park, MA. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining Series 6 inserter equipment while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate Series 6 inserters, including folding, inserting, and related mail-processing functions Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to maintain production quality and efficiency Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs as needed Ensure all work meets established quality and safety standards Assist in other printing, bindery, or production areas as business needs require Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Previous experience operating inserter equipment, preferably Series 6 inserters Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to make adjustments and perform basic maintenance Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to approximately 50 pounds on occasion Flexibility to cross-train and support multiple production departments Reliable attendance and punctuality, particularly for a second-shift schedule Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards What We Offer Competitive pay: $20-$25 per hour Overtime opportunities available Consistent second-shift schedule Stable, high-volume printing environment Opportunity to learn new skills and grow within the organization Potential for permanent hire after successful temporary assignment
