Job Description
The Compounder is responsible for the compounding of all products. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: Handle all materials to ensure the following Purity, safety and integrity of the product Safety and integrity of the equipment used in the facility Perform balance calibration check procedures. Follow weigh area instructions as prescribed in manufacturing practice and procedures Clean and maintain weigh area and weigh area log. Understand and implement equipment cleaning procedures, cleaning apparatus and techniques, monitor and order cleaning suppies. Inspect and set up manufacturing equipment. Perform daily maintenance of the Purified Water System. Maintain cleanliness of processing areas and related equipment. Work in tandem with another compounder.
