Lead the team, keep the machines running efficiently and troubleshoot production issues. What You Will Do Run the

Shop :

Lead daily operations and staff for 8 extrusion lines.

Fix Problems :

Troubleshoot tooling, material flow, and product defects.

Boost Efficiency :

Increase line speed, cut scrap, and reduce downtime.

Keep Up Equipment :

Oversee maintenance on PMs and breakdowns.

Test New Products :

Run trials and setups for new plastic profiles.

What You Need Experience :

5+ years in plastic extrusion (profile extrusion is a huge plus).

Leadership :

Experience supervising or leading a manufacturing crew.

Expertise :

Solid understanding of dies, tooling, and downstream equipment.

Skills :

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
