Job Overview Micro Tech is seeking a seeking a Machine Operator to join our clients growing manufacturing team. This is a 1st Shift opportunity with the potential for weekly overtime. Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4PM. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, have a strong mechanical aptitude, and are looking for a long-term career growth opportunity. Responsibilities Set up and operate machinery to cut and reduce steel according to customer specifications Oversee machine operations and monitor product efficiency throughout the process Perform quality inspections on steel products using provided work instructions to ensure product meets standards Clean, wash, inspect, and dry steel products to ensure compliance with quality requirements Document inspection findings and other necessary information as needed Work collaboratively with the team while also having the ability to operate independently Take on other duties as assigned and maintain a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement Qualifications 2+ years of machine operation experience within a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and high problem-solving skills Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team #

SS Pay:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
