LEAD Safe and OSHA Certification training available (not required upon hire but current certification a plus) About the Role JB Sash is seeking an Installer Assistant to support our Marvin Certified Installers. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who wants to build skills in the window and door installation trade while working alongside seasoned professionals. Responsibilities Assist lead installer with prep work, cleanup, and on-site installation support. Safely operate general tools including hammers, chop saws, and other power tools. Help set up and break down staging; bend and prepare aluminum trim as needed. Work comfortably on ladders and at high elevations. Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor with homeowners. Communicate clearly in English with team members and clients Qualifications Comfortable with physical, hands-on work in residential settings. Ability to use hand and power tools safely. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Fluent in English (spoken). Willingness to complete LEAD Safe and OSHA certification training (provided by JB Sash).
