Batch Cooker Job Description The Batch Cooker will be responsible for batching or mixing ingredients according to specific recipes while adhering to safety and sanitation regulations and observing all quality assurance standards. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others. Responsibilities Batch or mix ingredients according to specific recipes. Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations. Observe all quality assurance standards. Follow written instructions and document processes. Lift up to 55lbs to chest/shoulder height. Work independently and actively move around the facility. Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers. Essential Skills Batching/Cooking experience. Ability to follow written instructions and document processes. Attention to detail. Ability to lift 55lbs to chest/shoulder height. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in food manufacturing, cooking, and production. Ability to walk back and forth to the warehouse, cooler, or freezer daily. Operate a large industrial kettle machine for mixing. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow precise measurements. Why Work Here?
