What You'll Do:

The Rotational Molding Operator is responsible for setting up and operating rotational molding machines to produce high-quality plastic containers and custom products while supporting daily manufacturing operations. Operate rotational molding machines with minimal supervision Follow written and verbal work instructions and manufacturing procedures Set up and service molds while monitoring machine controls and product quality Perform secondary operations on molded products as needed Use powered and manual hand tools, hoists, gantries, and production equipment Read basic blueprints and manufacturing work orders Maintain quality standards and production records Keep work areas and equipment clean, organized, and safe Assist with training and sharing technical knowledge with team members

Thursday What We're Looking For:

Ability to follow safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines Experience operating machinery and production equipment Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Team-oriented with strong communication skills One year of plastic molding or similar machine operation experience preferred

Standing, walking, bending, crouching, and repetitive hand/wrist movements throughout the shift Lifting and moving up to 40 lbs Working flexible hours, overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed Operating around manufacturing equipment and production machinery daily

Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levels. Must have the ability to complete assignments within the timeframe specified by the Manager. Must be flexible regarding working hours and overtime. Must be able to work overtime on evenings and weekends, with or without advanced notice. Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be constantly required to execute standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers). While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be occasionally required to execute non-standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch).
