Hour Job Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented Cleanroom Technicians to join our manufacturing team in Devens, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, cleaning, and packaging single-use products while following Engineering Process Records (EPRs), engineering drawings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will thrive in a cleanroom environment, maintain strict quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Assemble, clean, and package single-use products according to Engineering Process Records (EPRs), engineering drawings, and SOPs. Follow cleanroom protocols and cGMP requirements to maintain an ISO Class 7 manufacturing environment. Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and report safety concerns, near misses, and first aid incidents. Complete and sign off Engineering Process Records (EPRs) for each completed operation. Maintain daily organization and cleanliness of work areas using 6S principles. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and follow established change control procedures. Identify and escalate process or product deviations to minimize scrap, rework, and customer returns. Return unused materials to inventory with proper labeling and lot traceability. Support

2015 quality standards and company quality objectives. Meet production schedules to ensure on-time customer deliveries. Complete assemblies within established production times. Promote a "Build It Right the First Time" mindset. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required:
High school diploma or
GED. 0-2
years of manufacturing or production experience. Ability to follow detailed work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
Previous cleanroom manufacturing experience. Experience interpreting engineering drawings. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. Experience working in an ISO-regulated manufacturing environment. #

$21.42 per hour
