Shift:
1st Shift | 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM (8 Hours, OT Available)
Pay Rate:
$21.76/hr (W2, without benefits) Operate corrugator and converting machines to manufacture corrugated packaging products. Perform routine machine setup, adjustments, and preventive maintenance. Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain product quality and production efficiency. Inspect finished products for defects and take corrective action when necessary. Read tape measures and verify product dimensions to ensure quality standards are met. Load and unload raw materials and finished products safely. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following all safety procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals. Assist with operating additional production equipment and support new team members as needed. Work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and work overtime, including Saturdays, when required. Requirements Interviews required. Must be fully cleared before starting. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to read and understand basic English. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects. Ability to read a tape measure accurately. Experience working in high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environments preferred. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to work overtime, including 12-hour shifts and Saturdays as needed.
Pay:
$20.76 - $21.76 per hour
