To set up and run die cutting machines

Department Function:

The bindery and finishing department is an extension of our production, which performs finishing and binding tasks.

Main Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

Set up and run die cutters Review cutting die layouts, makes any needed adjustments Review job tickets, set up die cutter per instructions/carton specs, size and style Inspects cut material throughout run to ensure quality Maintains equipment

Other Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

Ability to read, understand, and follow standard operating procedures. Perform other tasks and duties from time to time as requested by management. Report all issues into feedback.

Stripper/Blanker Heidelberg Cylinder Die Cutter Qualifications:

Knowledge of folding carton design and die cutting equipment capabilities Complete understand of TigerPress production Self-starter and problem solver

Physical Requirements:
