This role is responsible for operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and providing leadership to shift personnel to meet production goals.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production. Lead, train, and support team members during the shift. Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards. Coordinate workflow and communicate effectively with supervisors and other shifts.

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing experience required; supervisory experience preferred. Experience in plastic manufacturing highly preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work 2nd shift hours.

Pay:

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
