We are seeking a skilled Machine Technician to join our high-speed manufacturing team in East Longmeadow, MA . In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment!

Pay Rate:

18.00 - 22.00/hr

Schedule:

2nd & 3rd shift

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and calibrate machinery according to production specifications and technical drawings. Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot operational issues. Perform routine maintenance and minor equipment repairs. Document production output, machine performance, and maintenance activities. Work with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve mechanical and electrical issues. Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures related to machine operation. Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
