Winder Operator:

Operate and monitor winding machines to produce labels according to specifications. Set up and adjust machine settings for optimal performance and product quality. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Winder Operator:

Previous experience of operating winding or similar machinery preferred (training available). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions. Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation/Benefits for a Winder Operator Shift hours: 8AM-4:30
