Packaging Technician I Packaging Department | Full-Time | 1st Shift Monday-Thursday | 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM Starting Pay:
$19/hour Do you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products? We're looking for a Packaging Technician I to join our Packaging Team and support daily cannabis packaging operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed work, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a collaborative team environment. Daily tasks may include:
Packaging cannabis products according to established procedures Verifying labels, SKUs, and packaging information for accuracy Conducting quality checks throughout the packaging process Operating packaging equipment and machinery safely Organizing and transferring finished products to designated storage areas Assisting with inventory control and recordkeeping Maintaining accurate production documentation Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workspaces Reporting equipment issues or maintenance concerns Supporting team goals and production schedules Teamwork, attention to detail, and consistency are important parts of this role. What We're Looking For You do not need prior cannabis experience to apply. We're looking for dependable individuals who are willing to learn and work hard in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidates Are:
Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with accuracy Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable using ladders and working safely in production environments Reliable, adaptable, and team-focused Strong communicators with a positive attitude Committed to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and quality standards Why Join Packaging?
