In this role, you will support light industrial operations including assembly, packaging, quality inspection, and basic machine operation. Key Responsibilities Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently Assemble, inspect, and package finished products Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors Meet daily production and quality goals Qualifications Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus (not required) Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move for extended periods (up to 50 lbs) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and adapt
