DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of a High School diploma, G.E.D. is required. A minimum of 0-3 years of experience in Production, Operations, Manufacturing, and/or related discipline is required. Working knowledge in working with Citizen Lathes, Haas Grinders, Sunnen Hone, Centerless Grinders, and Fanuc Robotics is preferred. Knowledge and experience working with computer-controlled equipment is preferred. Precision machining experience is preferred. Experience working with the inspection and functional testing of manufactured components is preferred. Experience working in medical products. Manufacturing / machining is preferred. Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or another regulated environment is preferred. Basic mechanical and computer skills are required. The ability to work independently and in a team environment. The ability to operate and perform basic troubleshooting on various types of machine equipment is preferred. The ability to perform and record measurements using dial indicators, depth micrometers, verniers, shadowgraph, and gauges is preferred. The ability to communicate effectively (read, write and speak) in English is required. Basic math skills, with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, compute percentages and work with decimals is required. The ability to stand and/or walk more than 80% of the time is required. The ability to lift to 25 pounds and to stand and sit for extended periods of time. The ability to work in a manufacturing/machine shop environment. The employee may be required to periodically lift and/or move up to 25 pounds frequently.EEO:
