Summary:

The Ingredients Operator will be responsible for creating batches by following a formula and weighing exact amounts of different raw materials.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Repack Raw Materials from stock for customer sales orders Compound batches of Ingredient items by weighing raw materials from a formula. Must mix, bring sample to QC and cover batch when complete. Pull, deface and label Raw Materials from warehouse for Customer sales Orders. Pull samples of Expiring Fragrance and Ingredient Raw Materials for QC lot extension testing. Relabeling of Fragrance and Ingredient Raw Materials upon approval of shelf life extension from QC. Remove and dispose expired material from inventory. Confirm Inventory levels of Fragrance and Ingredient Raw Materials by stock checks and reweighing. Drive forklifts to transfer product. Ability to work overtime when necessary.
