COPY LINK link Adecco is hiring for 2nd shift Machine Operators for a manufacturer in Peabody! These are temp to perm opportunities.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 230pm-1am Pay rate: $26-28 per hour Core Duties and Responsibilities
Equipment Operation:
Set up, calibrate, and start machines according to technical specifications and production requirements.
Material Handling:
Feed raw materials or semi-finishedponents into machines to ensure continuous production runs.
Quality Control:
Regularly inspect parts or finished goods using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, gauges) and conduct tests to detect flaws or variances.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance. Identify, diagnose, and fix minor mechanical issues to prevent production delays. Documentation & ing: Log production data, material usage, and equipment performance into activity logs orputer systems.
Safety Compliance:
Ad to all workplace health and safety protocols (such as wearing proper PPE and following OSHA guidelines) and report hazards immediately.
Team Collaboration:
Work with supervisors, maintenance teams, and co-workers to meet daily productivity quotas and maintain a clean,anized work environment. Key Skills and Qualifications
Mechanical Aptitude:
A basic understanding of machine functions and the ability to read schematics or blues. Attention to
Detail:
High precision to perform quality checks and ensure exact measurements.
Physical Stamina:
The ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate to heavy loads, and work in industrial environments. If interested, directly!
Pay Details:
