) Wire Room EDM OperatorJob Summary:
Responsible for setting up, operating and adjusting various types of Wire CNC EDM machines and EDM Hole Drilling Machines.Job Duties:
Setups and operates Wire EDM and EDM Hole Drilling machines. Produce parts per prints and supplied specifications. Verifies parts meet extremely close tolerance dimensions, alignments, clearance and specifications. Utilizes micrometers, calipers, gauges and inspect work against prints and/or CAD model. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:
High school diploma or generalcation degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalentbination ofcation and experience. Computer skills required: Solidworks Manufacturing Design Software; EDM Machine Other skills required: Commitment to excellence and high standards. Excellent written and oralmunication skills. Stronganizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.Pay & Benefits:
$28- $38 per hour
- depending on experience 10 Paid Holidays a year Health Plan 2 Weeks PTO per Year, from hire date to 5 Years 3 Weeks PTO per Year, after 5 Years.
