Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Assembly and Inspection Technician to contribute to our production team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assembling components and conducting thorough inspections to ensure adherence to stringent quality standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to following established procedures will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality products. Responsibilities Set up and operate equipment for assembly and inspection, adhering to Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs) and Quality Work Instructions (QWIs). Assemble component parts using both manual techniques and automated machinery. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of parts and completed assemblies to verify compliance with specifications. Document inspection results and escalate any quality non-conformances identified during the process. Complete Device History Records and other manufacturing documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Package finished assemblies for shipment, ensuring proper handling and protection. Actively participate in team activities focused on process improvement, problem resolution, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all relevant procedures, rules, and regulations. Qualifications Required Skills Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed instructions in English. Proficiency in using hand tools and small power tools. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, depending on the specific operation. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Preferred Skills Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. Familiarity with using microscopes and various measuring devices. Previous experience in light assembly work. Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
