What You'll Be Doing:

As a Cleaning Operator, you'll be the critical first step in our high-tech manufacturing process. You'll handle specialized metal cleaning (aqueous and solvent-based), help ensure parts meet the highest standards, and keep production moving smoothly.

You'll:

Work with cutting-edge cleaning equipment (don't worry—we'll train you!)Read blueprints and instructions to get the job done rightLoad components, choose the right cleaning program, and make it shineHand-clean more complex parts when neededPackage components and move them to the next teamKeep everything calibrated, clean, and up to codeUse tools like SPC charts to keep an eye on qualityPitch in to help and train teammatesLog your work using basic computer functionsQualifications🧰

What You Bring:

A High School diploma or GED1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environmentComfort using computers and following written instructionsA great attitude and the drive to learn and grow!

Hourly Rate Range:

 $23.00 - $29.00. Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications,Trade Compliance Statement Access to our facilities is restricted under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to U.S. Persons (U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, U.S. Nationals, U.S. refugees, asylees, or temporary residents under amnesty provisions ), and to properly licensed foreign persons. Applicants receiving a conditional offer of employment will be required to provide information to determine whether they are subject to these regulations and, if so, to assess their country of chargeability for export control purposes.
