WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Min. 2 years of experience working in a production plant environment / manufacturing environment.
  • You need to be able to operate conveyors and process equipment, perform preventive maintenance, repairs and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts.
  • A plus is if you have a Hoisting License (2A-1C) .
If not training and licensing will be provided
ABOUT THE JOB
This role is responsible for operating, maintaining and cleaning the onsite equipment and related systems. This role will be reporting to and working closely with the lead operator. You need to be able to operate conveyors and process equipment, perform preventive maintenance, repairs and maintain a clean and safe environment. You will prepare and maintain logs, checklists and schedules as well as read, understand and apply information, such as lockout/tagout procedures, safety and environmental rules, job hazard analyses, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
Full-time permanent position Top of the line pay (at least $24 per hour for an experienced and qualified operator) and up to $26 per hour for the right candidate with experience working on conveyors, mechanical aptitude, and experience splicing belts. Hoisting License (2A-1C) training and licensing provided, if you have one already
