Job Description
Manufacturing Machine Operator - Full-Time Springfield, MA $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on shift and experience) Immediate Openings - Join a Growing U.S. Manufacturer Super Brush LLC is hiring experienced manufacturing team members to support our production of precision foam swabs used across medical, aerospace, automotive, and industrial applications. Stable, full-time work with consistent hours Made in the USA manufacturer with long-standing reputation Clean, organized production environment Strong opportunity for advancement —many employees build long-term careers here Competitive pay and benefits What You'll Do Operate multiple foam swab production machines Perform pull tests and quality checks as required Maintain lot control and accurately label cartons Perform die cleaning and complete production logs Make minor machine adjustments (including temperature settings) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all clean room procedures and quality standards Comply with all safety policies and procedures Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate multiple machines Ability to read and write in English Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages) Experience using basic electrical or mechanical measuring tools Basic data entry or computer skills Strong work ethic and attention to detail Compensation $18.00 - $20.00 per hour , based on experience and shift Pay increases and advancement opportunities available Benefits 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employer-paid life insurance (with voluntary options) Employee Assistance Program Paid holidays Paid vacation time Paid sick time
