• What You'll Be Doing
• + Assemble, label, and manually package saw blades + Perform quality checks to ensure product standards + Track and report production data + Move products between workstations and inventory areas + Maintain a clean, organized work environment + Shift between workstations based on production needs + Communicate effectively with team members across shifts + Follow all safety procedures and guidelines •What We're Looking For•+ High school diploma or equivalent ( •required•) + Ability to lift, push, or pull 5-40 lbs + Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment + Strong attention to detail and quality + Reliable, team-oriented mindset + Ability to work 2nd shift schedule (Tuesday-Friday, 4:15 PM-2:45 AM) •What Happens Next•Once you apply, we'll review your experience and reach out if it's a good match.
