Responsibilities:

Set up and adjust industrial bag-making equipment Change gears, rollers, knives, printing cylinders, and other machine components Install and align printing plates for production runs Monitor machine performance and maintain product quality standards Prepare tools, equipment, and materials to minimize downtime Troubleshoot mechanical issues and communicate concerns to supervisors Assist with preventative maintenance and machine adjustments Maintain inventory of production materials such as inks, adhesives, and solvents Keep your work area clean, organized, and safety-focused /ul]

Desired Background/Skills:

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Ability to work independently and stay organized Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow safety procedures and production standards Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
