Machine Operator Job Description Begin your journey as a general production worker, where you will be introduced to a variety of machinery and work as an assistant for a six-month period. This role requires teamwork and collaboration to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities Operate and assist with various machinery. Collaborate effectively as part of a team. Read and interpret measurements using a ruler. Assist with general tasks as needed. Lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds. Essential Skills Experience in machine operating. Ability to read a ruler accurately. Additional Skills & Qualifications Nice to have: Experience with press machinery. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westfield, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.31 - $24.00/hr.
