Job Description
Position Highlights Clean, modern facility with free snacks and beverages provided. Upon permanent hire, employees may be eligible for a $3-$5/hour pay increase . Orientation will be conducted during the first two days on 1st shift. Steel-toe shoe voucher provided. Job Requirements Minimum of 6 months of assembly experience . Experience using hand and power tools . Strong communication skills and ability to hold phone conversations professionally. Ability to stand for the entire shift . Willingness to be cross-trained in Materials as needed. Electromechanical Assembler Responsibilities Assemble products by following assembly instructions, blueprints, specifications, and parts lists. Gather and organize parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials required for production. Perform electromechanical assembly using hand and power tools. Ensure quality standards and production requirements are met. Assembly Support / Material Handling Duties Move, stage, and deliver materials and components to production workstations. Support assembly operations by maintaining material flow and workstation organization. Assist with inventory and material replenishment as needed. #
