SHIFT :

Monday - Friday (occasional Saturdays) 6AM-Finish (usually between 2:00PM-5:00PM)

EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

3 years as a Ravioli Machine Operator in a food manufacturing facility Proven experience with assembling, calibrating, and running pasta-making equipment including dough mixers, sheet rollers, and ravioli dies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Mechanical aptitude in auto, facilities, or machinery. Experience with and knowledge of hand tools and power tools Must possess mechanical troubleshooting skills with equipment and be analytical Set up machines according to specifications Operate machines to perform tasks such as sizing and shaping Monitor machine operations and ensure products meet quality standards Make adjustments to machine settings as needed Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NECESSARY TO PERFORM JOB TASKS

Previous Maintenance, Mechanical or Machine Operator experience preferred Proficiency in operating various types of machinery Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
