Job Description
Hours:
Monday -Friday:
2nd Shift, 3:00pm-11:00pm Monday -Friday:
3rd shift, 11pm-7amPosition Duties:
Operate rubber manufacturing machines and monitor production processes Load materials, inspect finished products, and report issues Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE Maintain a clean workspace and assist with basic machine maintenance Complete production logs and work with the team to meet daily goalsPosition Requirements:
Entry-level; no experience required (training provided) Ability to follow instructions and perform basic math Must be available for 1st shift trainings Comfortable working in a loud, hot, and humid manufacturing environment Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs Reliable, dependable, and interested in long-term employment Flexible for shifts/overtime and have reliable transportation Spanish is a plus, not requiredPay Rate:
Plus quarterly profit sharing and opportunities for pay increases through internal certificationsPay:
$18.25 - $18.75 per hourEducation:
