Work Environment Work in a close-knit setting with 22 individuals, where collaboration and teamwork are key. The environment offers a choice between two shifts: 6 AM to 4:30 PM or 4 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Thursday. Responsibilities Operate CNC water jet machinery. Oversee the shaping of foam packaging. Perform quality inspection. Read and interpret tape measures accurately. Essential Skills Ability to read tape measure. Mechanical aptitude. Experience in machine operation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in CNC operation. Background in packaging. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
