Job Description
Machine Operator
Job Overview:
Pay Range:
$13.00hr - $18.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
High School Diploma. 2+ years of manufacturing experience. Experience in a regulated environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic math and computer/Windows skills. Strong attention to detail and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours. Safety shoes are required.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate automated manufacturing equipment. Adjust machine settings and perform minor maintenance/PM. Troubleshoot basic machine and product-quality issues. Perform filling, packing, assembly, labeling, and inspection. Inspect parts using gauges, jigs, and fixtures. Remove defective products/components. Assist with root-cause analysis. Maintain quality, safety, and maintenance documentation. Follow GMP, safety, and housekeeping procedures. Rotate between different production tasks.
