Job Description

About this Role ChargeBot is building the backbone of electrification for professionals—starting with commercial landscaping. We're looking for a hands-on Production Manager to run our manufacturing operations from the shop floor to the shipping dock. You'll be the backbone of our operations—managing final assembly, keeping our warehouse running smoothly, and making sure products get out the door on time. What You'll Do Production & Assembly Oversee and jump into the final assembly of products, making sure quality is on point Run day-to-day warehouse and production operations Keep quality control tight throughout the assembly process Inventory & Supply Chain Keep an eye on inventory levels and stay ahead of what we need Order supplies and materials to keep production moving Manage receiving of incoming supplies and materials Keep inventory organized and records accurate Shipping & Logistics Manage outbound shipping to get products to customers on time Work with carriers and logistics partners Oversee packaging and prep for shipment Track shipments and jump on any issues that come up Process Improvement Spot opportunities to make production run smoother and faster Implement efficiency improvements across assembly and warehouse operations Create and refine how we do things (SOPs) Find ways to cut costs without cutting corners Field Support & Whatever Else Needs Doing Help with product installations when needed Share insights from the production floor about product performance Pitch in on other business needs as they come up Work across departments to make the whole operation better What We're Looking For Experience & Skills Background in production management or manufacturing operations Strong organizational skills and know-how with inventory management Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball Experience making processes better and more efficient Great communication skills for working with suppliers, carriers, and the team Problem-Solving Abilities You're resourceful and can think on your feet when issues pop up You don't just identify problems—you figure out solutions and implement them Comfortable troubleshooting everything from equipment issues to supply chain hiccups You can make decisions quickly when production is on the line You see obstacles as puzzles to solve, not roadblocks Physical Requirements Comfortable working in a warehouse/production environment Ability to lift and move significant weights regularly Stamina for being on your feet and active throughout the day Mindset Lean and hungry—you're ready to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done You thrive in a growing company and want to grow right along with it Scrappy and adaptable; you don't need everything to be perfect to get things done You take ownership and run with it Nice to Have Experience with inventory management software Background in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies Forklift certification (or willing to get certified) Installation or field service experience Knowledge of shipping regulations and logistics Compensation & BenefitsCompensation Competitive base salary ( experience dependent) Quarterly and annual performance incentives Paid training and development opportunities Benefits & Perks Equity opportunities in a high-growth startup Flexible schedule and autonomy Paid time off and holidays Professional development and learning support Direct influence on product and company direction Clear path to leadership as we scale What Makes This Role Different This isn't just running the same production routine every day.
