S_176973 We are seeking Machine Operators who thrive in a fast-paced, precision-driven manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Safely set up and operate assigned machinery (CNC Mills/Lathes, Press Brakes, Lasers, or Turret Punches) according to production schedules.
Read and interpret industrial blueprints, engineering drawings, and job routers to determine part specifications and tolerances.
Perform first-article and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and pin gauges to ensure parts meet tight tolerances.
Identify and correct machine malfunctions, adjust offsets, replace worn tooling/inserts, and fine-tune programs at the controller.
Load raw stock (sheet metal, bar stock, castings) safely onto machines and verify material thickness and type before running.
Perform basic daily preventative maintenance (checking fluid levels, clearing chips, and keeping the workspace organized).

Ability to read/edit G-code at the controller, or experience with advanced controls (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, Amada, Trumpf).

A certificate or degree in Precision Machining, Manufacturing Technology, or a completed apprenticeship.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
1?3+ years of hands-on experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment (Precision Fabrication or CNC Machining).
Strong proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and go/no-go gauges).
Solid understanding of basic shop math and the ability to accurately read structural blueprints.
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs safely, and work comfortably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
