1st shift 6:00am- 2:30pm; Monday
Friday Pay:
$18.00- $19.
Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated Machine Operator's. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of industrial machinery to produce high-quality components and products. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, experienced operating production machines, and a thorough understanding of safety standards in production environments. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient manufacturing processes while maintaining precision and quality. Responsibilities of theMachine Operator:
Operate and maintain standard production machines. Adhere to the company's safety policies and procedures. Use protective equipment, and ensuring a clean work environment. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing documents to determine, as needed. Troubleshoot minor machine issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow. Maintain safety standards by adhering to proper procedures. Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal operation and longevity. Assist in quality control processes by inspecting finished parts for accuracy.Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 recent years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability. Basic shop math, including basic calculations necessary for machining and fabrication tasks. Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing environments and industrial equipment troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members across departments. Must be able to pass a drug test, including THC. Medical marijuana cards NOT accepted.Key Words:
