Packaging Technicians are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of cannabis goods into their final form for retail sale. Success in this position will be dependent on attention to detail, accuracy, and speed. By striving to provide a visually appealing and accurate product, Packaging Technicians provide the final touch needed for an excellent customer experience.

Duties:

Portion bulk cannabis concentrate products into retail units for sale Fill and fasten vape cartridges Label and package cannabis products with less than 2% loss Maintain consistent packaging speed to meet company standards Prepare and organize packaging materials Demold and package cannabis gummies Label edible product packaging for retail Maintain cleanliness in production areas

Qualifications:

Must be 21+ and capable of being licensed by the Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA) High school diploma or equivalent Ability to perform repetitive fi ne motor tasks (gripping, twisting, etc.) Ability to lift up to 50lbs and working on your feet for extended periods Ability to work in both fast-paced and stationary settings Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
