Machine Operators
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

- Perform routine setup, operation, and minor maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Control and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect in-process parts to maintain quality standards and remove defective products
- Assist with root-cause analysis for process or product issues
- Document safety, quality, and maintenance activities accuratelyWhat's Needed
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment (FDA
- Ability to work in a team setting and communicate effectively
- Strong attention to detail and punctuality
- Basic proficiency with PCs and understanding of simple diagrams and charts
