Required Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Manufacturing, production, or material handling experience
• Cleaning and housekeeping skills
• Ability to perform routine production tasks under direct supervision
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and written instructions
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and understand English specifications
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Ability to recognize deviations from specifications
• Ability to work independently within approved procedures
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to rotate between tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to maintain accurate records and logs

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of FDA requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and

ISO 9000

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine production functions, including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting
• Operate material handling equipment safely, including electric pallet jacks and forklifts, as qualified
• Complete basic computer tasks, including data entry, scanning, and manifest processing
• Maintain accurate production records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMP, and

ISO 9000

• Follow standard operating procedures and established work instructions
• Inspect products and identify deviations from specifications
• Maintain a clean and orderly production area
• Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping duties
• Support team goals and production objectives
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, Team Leads, and Supervisors
• Rotate between different tasks and responsibilities as needed
• Follow safety and quality procedures
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Work flexible or extended hours as required
