• Night Shift Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety‑focused Machine Operator to support night shift production operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operation of production lines, ensuring all products meet established safety, quality, and throughput standards . The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and the ability to troubleshoot minor production issues in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This position requires consistent attendance and the ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts on a 2‑2‑3 schedule , based on production demand. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor assigned production lines to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards Perform hourly completion of quality and production documentation with accuracy Conduct physical and visual product inspections to prevent non‑conforming goods Identify and promptly report quality defects to appropriate team members and shift leadership Adhere to all company and plant safety programs, policies, rules, and regulations Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards at all times Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in production areas and other areas as assigned Monitor and replenish raw materials to minimize downtime and maintain efficient production flow Demonstrate versatility by working across assigned production areas as needed Troubleshoot minor production line issues and perform relief duties when required Maintain regular and predictable attendance, which is an essential function of the role Required Skills & Experience Prior experience in production or manufacturing operations Working knowledge of GMP and Food Safety Standards Ability to work 12‑hour shifts , including nights, on a rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Preferred Qualifications 2-3 years of production line experience Experience operating bottling lines and production machinery Familiarity with packaging processes and automated line operations Why Join Our Team? • 7:00 AM Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sparrows Point, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.91
• $21.91/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
