Job Description
2nd Shift (3pm - 11pm)We seek a detail-oriented and technically skilled Large Format Operator to join our print and mailing company team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in operating wide format digital printers, as well as laminating and mounting different types of finishing applications. We are looking for a dependable and reliable worker with flexibility to work overtime, when needed, and a team player.
Health & Welfare (4 separate Kaiser plans)) 401K retirement weekly contributions by LPI (employee contribution optional)(25) Sick Leave hours awarded at your one-year anniversary date. (25) hours accrued for the first year. (10) Paid Vacation Days for the first and second years; (15) Paid Vacation Days for the third year; (20) Paid Vacation Days after ten years; time accrues weekly and is immediately available to you, (9) Paid Holidays and (2) Personal Days
Key Responsibilities:
Experience operating and maintaining Wide Format digital printing devices and finishing equipment. Ability to evaluate and compare colorMaintain a clean, "lean" work environmentMust be able to lift heavy print mediaMust have a good team attitude and be adaptable to technological and procedural changesMust possess the ability to work to a high standard of accuracy and have excellent attention to detailAble to multi-task, prioritize, and handle a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-oriented environmentQualifications:
Effective communication skills. The ability to work independently. Proven team player and the ability to work overtime, as needed. Must maintain a high-level quality of work. Excellent communication skills. Ability to follow instructions. Excellent time management skills. Excellent organizational skills. Experience operating wide format inkjet printers.
